Proudly Farming in the Burdekin area

RFC is generational business starting with its beginnings in the cattle industry in the early 1900's on the Rocks Station.

In 1989 it began sugarcane farming on the original property in the newly established Burdekin River Irrigation Area scheme and has grown to one of the largest sugarcane producers in Australia.

Currently the business grows 275,000 tonnes of sugar cane on 2700ha of irrigated cane farming land along with cattle on some of the original property which is not suited to irrigated farming.

The main sections of RFC are

• Sugarcane

• Farm Development

• Earth Moving

• Beef Cattle

Each one of these sections is managed to perform at its best.

RFC utilises the latest technology available in the agricultural sector to farm as efficiently as possible and minimise waste.
