The employees and staff of RFC are what makes the business run smoothly. We have over 20 employees who all pull together to cover all of the operations of the business.

Management Staff

Managing director - Talbot Cox

Talbot has been involved with RFC from the start of the sugar growing operations and has led the company through the expansion of this section. He also leads the earthmoving division which was involved in most of the expansion areas of the Burdekin River Irrigation Area

Harvesting Manager - Jeff Great

Jeff came to RFC in 1995 as a harvester operator. He now manages all of the harvesting operations of 3 cane harvesters over RFC crops and other growers that RFC harvests. Harvesting performance and efficiency is his main role.

Workshop Manger - Steve Roberts

Steve started with RFC as a harvester operator in 2000. He transitioned to Workshop Manger in 2003. His role is to oversee all workshop operations for equipment maintenance and repairs from each of the sections of RFC business. Equipment uptime is critical during crucial farm operations and the workshop maintenance program ensures all equipment has minimal downtime.
